Description
Véritable second vin, La Parde Haut-Bailly, renommé Haut-Bailly.II depuis le millésime 2018, est produit dès 1967, à partir des mêmes parcelles de vignes que son aîné. Il est le fruit d'une sélection tout aussi méticuleuse et vinifié avec la même expertise. Il reflète tout le plaisir et la finesse caractéristiques du Château Haut-Bailly. Gourmand et accessible, il s'appréciera dès 5 ans de bouteille...
On retrouve une part importante de Merlot dans ce vin, lui conférant un surcroit de gourmandise. Cette cuvée s'exprime sur le fruit avec une densité moindre que le grand vin, lui apportant une plus grande buvabilité jeune. Un vin modèle.
